Performing the Leg Raises with the ball between the feet:
- Lie with your back on the ground and hold a ball between your ankles
- Raise your legs straight up with your knees slightly flexed
- Squeeze the ball between your ankles, control the movement and go down to the floor without touching; as you go down bring your legs to the right side, then lift them up and down to the left.
- Toggle left and right side.
- Straighten your legs
- Arch your back as your legs descend.
