This workout is very complete and helps strengthen the entire abdominal belt, as it allows you to train both deep and superficial muscles.
These exercises also allow excellent cardio work, useful for promoting the disposal of fat reserves and obtaining a flat stomach.
Exercises
Specifically, the training consists of 4 exercises:
Burpees, 10 reps
Hand-Elbow, 12 repetitions
Climber, 10 reps per leg
Russian Twist, 16 reps per side
Perform 4 to 6 laps of this circuit with 30 seconds of rest between one exercise and the next.
