This is the third in a series of videos in which we will build functional training together from A to Z.
The videos are aimed at all those who want to start and have never trained with a functional circuit, but for those who are already trained it can be the opportunity to get some more information and the tools to customize their workout.
Stretching, at the end of each workout, improves the elastic resistance component of muscle tissue and the ability to recover muscle strength and muscle tone. It also helps to remove lactic acid that has accumulated during physical activity in the muscle fibers.
