- 300 g of strawberries
- Strawberry flavor: 250 g of soy yogurt
- 50 g of maple syrup
- 4 g of agar agar
- 20 g of cornstarch
- 150 ml of rice milk or soy milk

Preparation
- Wash the strawberries in cold water, dry them gently, remove the stalk and cut them into small pieces.
- Combine the strawberries in the blender, add the maple syrup and blend to make a smoothie.
- Meanwhile, pour the vegetable milk into a saucepan and dissolve the corn starch and agar agar, continuing to mix with the whisk until all the lumps have dissolved.
- Bring to the heat, add the strawberry soy yogurt and the strawberry smoothie: continue to mix until reaching 85 ° C, or until the cream appears thick.
- Pour the still hot and semi-thick strawberry cream into the bowls and allow to cool completely (first at room temperature, then in the fridge) for at least a couple of hours.
