The alternative
As an alternative to mozzarella, you can serve fake chicks prepared by obtaining meatballs with tuna, ricotta and breadcrumbs. To get the pulicini just prepare a beak with carrot triangles and get the eyes with two peppercorns.Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
These pasta nests are really fabulous: I have proposed the simpler version, but they are also fabulous to serve with a base of basil pesto or you can decide to gratin them with béchamel. Also at Easter, serve your imagination and give life to new, intriguing dishes!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
