Did you know that
Persimmon is a fruit rich in beneficial properties: diuretic (due to the presence of potassium), antioxidants (thanks to vitamin C and beta carotene) and laxatives (due to the extraordinary amount of fiber). Furthermore, this fruit seems capable of protecting the liver, relieving stress, fighting fatigue and asthenia.
The pear, rich in fiber, has a high satiating power and helps to regulate the intestine.
Ginger, in addition to giving a pleasant spicy aftertaste, facilitates digestion.
The orange, in addition to flavoring, helps to increase the dose of antioxidants present in the smoothie.- Blend for a couple of minutes, until you get the right consistency. To taste, add ice cubes.
- To fully appreciate the active ingredients, consume the smoothie immediately. To taste, add a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa.
