- 45 g or 3 heaping tablespoons of hazelnut flour
- 40 g (2 tablespoons) of brown sugar
- 3 g (1 level teaspoon) of baking powder
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 10 g (1 heaped teaspoon) of bitter cocoa
- 4 tablespoons of melted butter or 30 g of butter
- 60 g (1 medium) of eggs
- 50 ml (5 tablespoons) of milk

Preparation
- Blend the toasted hazelnuts until you get a regular powder.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: white flour, chopped hazelnuts, brown sugar and unsweetened cocoa. Combine the wet ingredients: milk, melted butter and eggs. Mix the mixture until you get a thick batter.
- At this point, add the sifted baking powder and a pinch of baking soda.
