How to make hemp milk?
To make hemp milk, soak 100 g of hemp sativa seeds in 200 ml of water for a couple of hours. Then gather the softened seeds (together with the soaking water) in a glass of a blender and mix everything together with a pinch of salt Gradually add another 800 ml of water, continuing to blend.
Filter the liquid thus obtained to separate the okara from the vegetable milk. Collect the vegetable milk and use it (in this case) for the preparation of the smoothie.- Wash the strawberries, dry them gently, then remove the stalk and cut them into pieces.
- Peel the banana, cut into slices and combine the slices in the blender, together with the strawberries, stevia, lemon juice and flavor to taste with a few mint leaves. Pour in the hemp seed milk and blend until you get a thick drink.

To prepare this recipe we used a stevia with a triple sweetening power compared to granulated sugar. As an alternative to stevia, you can use agave syrup or maple syrup.
To keep the raw milk shake by changing the type of plant milk, you can replace the hemp seed drink with almond milk.- Add a few ice cubes to taste and consume immediately.
