Is hazelnut spread too sinful? Indeed, the sugars and fats in common hazelnut cream jars are not so negligible. So I found a compromise, which will also (but not only) athletes' happiness: prepare my protein spread, with no added sugars.

The protein spread makes a great snack to enjoy after a workout in the gym, but it's special to eat for breakfast.
Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
The Protein Spreadable Cream is a very high calorie recipe that belongs to the set of spoon desserts.
Energy is mainly supplied by lipids, followed by carbohydrates and finally by proteins. Fatty acids are mainly monounsaturated, simple carbohydrates and peptides of medium biological value. Cholesterol is absent and fiber is abundant. It is free of lactose and gluten; contains histaminoliberative ingredients (hazelnuts, cocoa and chocolate).
The Protein Spreadable Cream, less caloric than the commercial one, lends itself more to the customary diet; Excessive and too frequent portions are however inadequate in the diet against overweight, type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertriglyceridemia. It is relevant in lactose and gluten intolerance; the disorder for histamine intolerant people can be subjective. It respects the vegetarian philosophy but not the vegan one (to adapt it to this last current of thought, it is necessary to replace the milk proteins with other soy proteins).
The average portion of Protein Spread is 10-20 g (about 30-60 kcal).
