Did you know that
The precise doses of milk depend on the type of cookies used. For example, shortbread cookies will require less liquid than fat-free dry biscuits.
Simple water can be used as an alternative to milk.- Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan (recommended size: 20 x 30 cm), lined with baking paper or cling film. Level the biscuits using the back of a spoon.
- Meanwhile, chop the dark chocolate with the knife. Heat the cream until it reaches a boil. Pour the cream over the chocolate and mix to make a ganache.
- Pour the chocolate cream over the biscuit base, leveling with a spatula.
- Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Remove from the fridge and cut the cake into many small squares.
- Serve as an alternative to chocolate chip cookies.
- Keep refrigerated and use within a few days.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
The (fake) no-bake cookies will be snapped up: they are very greedy and perfect for young and old! They look like real pastry sweets that no one will be able to resist! Keep them in the fridge for up to 3 days (although I'm sure they will disappear sooner than expected).Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
