Performing the "Spiderman" push-ups declined:
- Take a Push up position, try to keep your arms well extended and a little open to the width of your shoulders
- Lift your feet onto a shelf you placed before your feet behind your feet
- Bend your arms and slowly come down without ever touching the floor
- As you come down, bend one knee and rotate it outwards. Try to bring your knee closer to your elbow while bending
- Return to the Push up position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Excessive rotation of the back when opening the knee abroad
- Touch the ground with the knee.
