Preparation
- Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Salt lightly.
- Meanwhile, cut the fresh salmon into strips, removing the bones and skin.
The alternative idea
As an alternative to fresh salmon it is possible to prefer ready-made smoked salmon!- Boil the pasta following the instructions on the label: you can prefer pasta such as shells, gnocchi, pennette, farfalle or fusilli.
- Heat a pan and, when hot, brown the diced salmon, taking care to turn them often to brown them on all sides.
- After a couple of minutes over a high flame, lower the heat and deglaze with the dry vodka: let all the alcohol evaporate, then lightly salt and flavor to taste with pink pepper berries. Turn off the heat, cover with the lid and leave to hot until the pasta is ready.
- A few minutes before the end of cooking the pasta, dissolve the tomato paste in a tablespoon of water and add it to the salmon together with the cream.
- Drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and sauté it to flavor it. Turn off the heat and serve the steaming pasta flavoring with lemon zest and embellishing it with rose petals.
Attention!
It is recommended to use non-chemically treated rose petals! Before using them, the petals must be gently detached from the flowers, cleaned of any impurities with a damp cloth and possibly cut into strips with a ceramic knife.Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
Not bad to celebrate mom right? Although we have used rather refined ingredients, the preparation is not difficult and can be repeated very easily!
And to celebrate mum with a sweet, I recommend the strawberry cake and lucky biscuits!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
