Performing the dumbbell curl with fitball:
- Grab two dumbbells and sit on the fitball with your back upright and your feet flat on the ground
- Bring your elbows to the sides and turn your palms outward
- Slowly bend your arms bringing the dumbbells towards your shoulders with your elbows firm at your hips and come down with the dumbbells towards the floor without fully extending your arms.
- Turn your wrists while running
- Move the fitball you are sitting on.
