Execution of the Close grip row with dumbbells on fitball:
- Position yourself with your stomach on the fitball, hold a dumbbell in each hand, keep your feet firmly on the floor and your legs almost completely extended
- Keep the dumbbells upright along the fitball
- Bend your elbows and lift the dumbbells as high as you can
- Return to the starting position.
- Raise your head up while lifting the elbows
- Move the dumbbells away from the fitball.
