Performing the Jack knife on the hip with one leg:
- Lie flat on your side, keep your head and neck comfortable
- Keep your legs slightly flexed and place the hand of the upper arm near the ear
- Raise and bend the upper leg, perform a lateral flexion of the torso, lift the head and try to bring the elbow and the knee together
- Slowly, straighten your upper leg and bring your head back to the floor
- The angle of the leg always remains fixed.
- Bend your head to one side while performing lateral torso flexion.
