  • knee to chest + right + left leg lengthening X 4 + rhythmic X 8
  • leg + arm stretch X 8
  • stretched legs and arms stretched upwards, go up and down X 8
  • right + left L legs X 8
  • L legs left leg up and down X 8
  • L legs right leg up and down X 8
  • scissors X 8
  • scissoring hammer toes X 4
  • small scissors hammer toe 8 seconds
  • knees at the table
  • legs stretched upwards + frog X 8
  • legs stretched forward + breaststroke X 8
  • frog rises and falls X 8
  • straight leg crosses X 8 + rhythmic X 8
  • straight leg crosses go up and down X 4
  • stretching stretching legs and arms on the floor; twist basin; sphinx position; swan position; position of the child
