Walking on the beach
Beach walking can be practiced in two ways: walking barefoot on the bathroom dries and, if instead we walk on dry sand, it is advisable to use shoes.
It is a very different walk from those, for example, that lovers of bathing in the forest take in the midst of green areas.
How to do Beach Walking
- Walk on the dry bath and when the muscles are warm you can alternate a few minutes of walking on dry sand with a few minutes on wet sand
- Expect half an hour, in which you start by entering the water and then continue reaching a depth of 30/40 cm.
- In the case of an inclined toilet, change direction often or walk halfway in one direction and go back for the other half that remains, in order to stimulate both feet in the same way.
- This walk is regenerating for the body and the spirit, so if you can, walk 3-4 times a week at a brisk pace
- If you decide to walk on dry sand, use technical and well-cushioned shoes to limit the hypertension of the achilles tendon and to prevent injuries from pebbles or other blunt material.
- Whether you decide to walk barefoot on the shoreline or with shoes on the sand, remember to end the physical activity with stretching to keep the muscles elastic and toned.
