- 500 g of white flour of type 00
- 1 sachet of instant yeast
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 50 g of mozzarella or Asiago cheese
- 12 g of salt
- 200 ml of water
- 250 ml of milk

Preparation
- Sift the white flour into a bowl, add the instant yeast, salt and oregano. Mix the powders well.

- Mix oil and water in a small bowl. Brush the emulsion on the mini-panettone and level the surface with the back of a spoon.
- Spread a teaspoon of sesame seeds on each mini-panettone and immediately bake in a hot oven: bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
Alternative ideas
In this recipe we recommended flavoring the dough with oregano, filling the mini panettone with a cube of cheese and embellishing the surface with sesame seeds. As alternatives, olives can be used instead of oregano and cheese, while poppy or sunflower seeds can be used to replace sesame seeds.
