By now you know me: I am a good witch! So, instead of wishing curses, I prefer good wishes and hopes. Then fortune cookies came to mind: generally, these sweets are prepared for the end of the year, but I would like to serve them for Halloween!
[The sorcerer, on the one hand, grins and laughs in an evil way: "I'll prepare a nasty surprise for the witch!"]
Let's see how to prepare the cookies of (un) luck.

What to write in the cards?
In general, fortune cookies are prepared for the New Year's Eve party: for this reason, it is usually customary to write some greetings and good wishes on the cards.
On the occasion of Halloween, we have prepared here some cards with some “bad” messages written by some users as a comment on Alice's video recipes: that's why we called them “cookies of (un) luck”.- Pour the egg whites into a bowl, add the salt and icing sugar. Work the mixture with an electric whisk until you get a foam.
- In another bowl, sift the white flour and starch. In the center, combine the water, oil, aroma (eg vanilla, lemon, almond, etc.) and the frothy egg white mixture. Mix everything with an electric mixer until you get a very smooth and velvety batter.
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Line a baking sheet with the special greaseproof paper.
- Pour a spoonful of batter over the parchment paper, then try to spread the mixture forming a disc with a diameter of about 10-12 cm. Form the first 3 discs of batter on an oven plate, maintaining a certain distance between one and the other.
Attention!
The (un) fortune cookies must be cooked a few at a time: when they are shaped, they must still be very hot and easily workable. The pods obtained tend to cool and harden very quickly: for this reason it is recommended to cook 3-4 at a time.- Bake the batter discs in a very hot oven (200-220 ° C) for 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the plate from the oven and, quickly but gently, remove the discs from the baking paper. Place the card with the message in the center of the disc and fold it in 4, fan-shaped. To give the biscuit the "rose" or "crescent" shape, it is advisable to insert the folded (and still hot) biscuit in a coffee cup or in small containers (eg muffin mold). Once cooled, the (un) fortune cookies will take on the shape of the container.
- Repeat the operation until the batter is finished.
- Allow the (un) fortune cookies to cool for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
[During the scene, the witch Alice reads the notes inside the cookies, but finds an unpleasant surprise: the sorcerer has in fact reported the most "bad" and least courteous comments left under his video recipes!]
“In short, the sorcerer has reserved an unpleasant surprise for me, inserting the bad comments that some users have left me in the cookies. If you think these comments are a joke too, well, sadly not! I do not take it guys, now I'm talking seriously, indeed some of you will have noticed that I always respond with a smile to even the worst comments. And I never offend! Do you know why? When you point your finger at someone, remember that there are always three (maybe bewitched) fingers pointing towards you. But beware: I am a witch and I could put some spell on you !! Ahahahah "Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
