Greetings to all of you, witches, sorcerers, ghosts, and monsters of My-personaltrainer. The day of terror has arrived, punctual as death: we summon witches, sorcerers, vampires, skeletons and wolves from all over the world with my magic potion. But first a ritual rhyme to enhance the magical ingredients of this elixir of mine:
A pinch of cinnamon and a dash of lemon:
the first two elements to give some alienation!
Ginger root can certainly not be missing:
why not? Chilli can also be there!
Weeping, moaning, screeching screams,
rascal ghosts, spiders and bats:
in the darkest night the symbols of your fear are hidden.

-
Ingrediants
- 100 ml of water
- 1 ginger root
- 200 ml of apple juice
- 1 pinch of red pepper
- About 60 ml of untreated lemon juice
- A few ice cubes
- A few drops of green dye or chlorophyll
- 1 piece of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- A handful of sour cherries in syrup
- 50 g of sugar
Materials Needed
- Casserole
- Carafe or shaker
- Wooden ladle
- Cocktail glass
- Colander
Preparation
- Prepare an aromatic syrup: dissolve the sugar in the water and add a few thin pieces of ginger, a piece of cinnamon and a pinch of chilli. Boil everything for a few minutes, continuing to mix.
- Allow the syrup to cool first at room temperature, then in the fridge. Filter everything through a tightly meshed colander to remove the ginger, cinnamon and any pieces of chilli pepper.
The right idea
To speed up cooling times, immerse the saucepan with the syrup in a container of water and ice.- In a shaker or in a jug pour the lemon juice, the apple juice, the cinnamon, the flavored and filtered syrup and a few drops of chlorophyll (natural coloring).
- Mix everything with a few ice cubes and serve with a couple of black cherries (given the green color of the cocktail, who would expect to find a curious spicy surprise?).
- To make the drink slightly fizzy, add a pinch of baking soda.
