- Allow the cake to cool a little in the mold.
The advice OK
To facilitate the removal of the cake from the mold, it is recommended to wrap the mold in a damp cloth for about 10-15 minutes.- Gently remove the cake from the mold and serve with a sprinkling of powdered sugar, perhaps placing the lamb in a basket with fake straw.

Sweet lamb is a pastry preparation typical of the Easter period. It contains a considerable amount of saturated fatty acids and cholesterol deriving from egg yolk and butter, as well as a fair portion of simple carbohydrates; like many other traditional products, sweet lamb should also be consumed in moderation, avoiding portions that can significantly alter the nutritional balance of the diet. The recommended consumption portions range between 40 and 60g, for a total of about 125-190kcal.
