In this workout, a series of exercises will be proposed that allow you to strengthen and sculpt the abdominals, improve posture, and promote physical and mental balance. Yoga differs in various branches and activities, ranging from pure meditation to gymnastics of the body, breathing, etc. Perform the exercises in a quiet place and use relaxed and natural breathing.

- 30 "work 10" break or 15/20 repetitions
