The passage of time puts a strain on a small part of every woman's body, the triceps of the arm. This workout consisting of a few simple exercises will allow you to say goodbye to sagging arms. The secret to working effectively on the triceps area is to keep the arm fixed to the body and never move the elbow back and forth; the only part that needs to be flexed and extended is the forearm. It is recommended to perform 3/4 rounds every other day. At the end of the training session, always perform a few minutes of stretching.
