These exercises will allow you to stretch and improve the elasticity of the pectoral muscles.
Stretching prevents injuries, increases elasticity, reduces muscle trauma and lubricates the connective tissues. Before performing the stretching exercises it is a good idea to warm up for a few minutes, which can be global (with movements useful to raise the body temperature) or joint (with the execution of rotational movements).
