The fitball or swiss ball, this PVC ball filled with air with variable diameter and circumference (available in all sporting goods stores) is a fitness tool that allows you to shape your body, tone your muscles, improve your posture, l " balance and release muscle tension. The video proposes 10 exercises that involve the muscles of the whole body; they, combined with the use of the fitball, make training more intense and fun. Do a few minutes of stretching at the end of the exercise routine.
