In this fitness training video certain exercises are shown to: gain tone and firmness of the arms, build muscle and burn fat tissue. This fast and intense workout will allow you to work on the brachial biceps, brachial triceps, extensor and wrist flexor muscles of both arms. Do a short initial warm-up and some final stretching exercises. Training suitable for both men and women.
