Exercises that improve muscle tone, proper nutrition, cardio routines and little stress are key elements in eliminating fat from the waistline. To achieve this goal it is important to train all the muscles that make up the abdominal belt, and to work with maximum concentration. It is important to perform the exercises feeling the sensation of muscle tension, exhaling forcefully during the contraction. Perform 4 rounds every other day and 1 every day. At the end, perform the stretching exercises that mainly affect the abdominal muscle, the hamstring muscles and the iliopsoas.
