To have explosive and toned arms and shoulders, you don't need to join a gym or spend large sums to buy professional equipment. In this workout, an inexpensive and fast workout is proposed; thanks to the use of a particular tubular elastic with handles you can clearly change the appearance of your arms. At the end of the training routine it is recommended to do a few minutes of stretching.
NOTE:
- Equipment: tubular elastic with handles
- 6 exercises (1 round)
- 30 "work 10" break
- From 40 "to 60" between 1 round and the next
- It is recommended to perform 3 rounds every other day or 1 round every day to be combined with training that also involves other muscle groups.
