This workout is able to better strengthen the arms and improve their appearance. The proposed exercises are more concentrated on the brachial triceps muscle which, over time, is subject to loss of tone and strength. The training ends with an exercise for the abdominals, necessary to rebalance the blood flow at the end of the session. Do a few minutes of warm-up and end the training session with some stretching exercises.
NOTE:

- Equipment: step or shelf, mat
- 10 exercises (1 round)
- 30 "work 10" break
- From 40 "to 60" of pause between one round and the next
- Perform 3 rounds every other day
- Push up
- Alternating plank military press
- Push up declined
- Dip with hands elevated on shelf
- Dip with hands elevated onto shelf with one leg raised
- Push ups for triceps
- Sit ups
