Performing the hold-and-take with fitball:
- Lie on your stomach and hold the fitball between your feet
- Squeeze the fitball between your feet, stretch your legs and drop to the floor without touching as your outstretched arms are brought overhead
- Do an up crunch, raise your feet and hands, take the fitball in your hands
- Bring the fitball behind your head and stretch your legs and arms without ever touching the ground
- Do another crunch, raise your legs and arms, take the fitball between your feet
- Hold the fitball between your feet and stretch your arms and legs
- Touch the floor with the fitball
- Raise the shoulders slightly during the crunch phase.
