Performing the V up with combined cross arm:
- Lie on your stomach, keep your right leg bent with your foot resting on the floor and the respective arm straight and raised upwards
- Bring your left leg straight and keep it flat on the ground while your left arm remains extended and close to your left side
- Raise your torso keeping your chin facing your chest and join your right hand to your left foot; controls the downward movement.
- Not controlling the descent properly.
