Execution of the Swiss ball scissors (or fitball):
- Get into a supine position and bring your legs perpendicular to the floor
- Place the fitball between your legs and bring your arms straight along your body for support
- Keep your back and head on the floor and roll the fitball between your legs until one foot is in front of the other
- Keep your feet hammered, squeeze the fitball between your legs for a few seconds and reverse the movement.
- Move the pelvis.
