Execution of the Step raise side legs on the side:
- Lie with one side on the step, keep your head in a comfortable position, legs straight, feet off the floor and stabilize the body
- Slowly raise your legs from the step to the maximum, then return to the starting position without placing your feet on the ground.
- Rotate the body during the raising of the legs.
