Well-Being and Health from the point of view of Cells
Being in Shape (Fitness) is not always synonymous with Being in Health (Healthness). If our personal physical exercise program is oriented to the body understood as parts (muscles, heart, etc.) and not in a global, unitary and intercommunicating (cellular) sense; we would not obtain a complete state of health and psycho-physical well-being.
It is "essential today to give" Priority ".
Do you think it is important and fundamental to learn to Breathe consciously? (... which does not only mean coordinating the acts of inhalation and exhalation with the exercises we do ...).
To breathe consciously is to become masters of your own Breath, it is to have learned the ability to Breathe "energy" as much as the air. In my long experience in the field of motor disciplines (ISEF), sports and new ones such as Fitness & Wellness, I have met a few people who prioritize and in any case inform and consciously practice Breathing. No Personal Trainer makes "their clients work in an Objective as important as their own Breath."
Oxygen is the main nourishment of our cells, therefore of ourselves.
Most people have a narrow and limited breathing in some parts of the body, which therefore means a low supply of oxygen to some cells (and consequently psycho-emotional, psycho-physical problems or in any case a limited psycho-physical condition with respect to its natural potential).
The Breath is not only fundamental for the whole organism (body) but also for our psycho-emotional (mind) and "energetic" (spirit) sphere.
A deeper Breathing. Relaxed and Aware it allows us to nourish all the cells of our organism that would give us greater health, well-being and vitality to the entire Human Being (body-mind-spirit) -.
Health starts from the Cellular Environment.
Our Body / Organism is made up of more than 75 trillion specialized Cells that form Tissues, therefore Muscles, Bones, Joints, Heart, Nervous systems, blood, etc.
Before talking and choosing what to eat (too important !!), it is necessary and essential to practice specific exercises that allow our lymphatic system (vacuum cleaner of the human body) to function effectively.
This is because what we eat after being broken down arrives through the blood to the Cells, but if the Cells, and above all the Cellular Environment is "dirty" (TPP, dead cells, metabolic waste), it does not allow the Cells adequate nourishment. This also affects oxygenation.
Ask yourself: How would you eat in the middle of a landfill?
Almost all Exercises that contract muscles indirectly activate the Lymphatic Pump, however the best Exercise is called Lymphatic Exercise or Rebound Exercise. The simple movement that uses both gravity and acceleration and deceleration combined vertically makes the one-way valves of the Lymphatic System open and close directly, a real lymphatic "pumping", easy and constant (Lymphatic Drainage in Action) .
All this allows to keep the Cellular Environment clean, which would also enjoy a greater supply of Oxygen due to the "AEROBIC" movement of the Rebounding.
With this simple explanation, without being doctors or specialists we must realize how much it is of fundamental importance, therefore "priority" to take care of our Cells before what we choose to eat or do as exercise and training.
Our CELLS basically need a Clean Environment and Oxygen as their main nourishment.
This is possible simply by learning deeper and more relaxed Breathing, and with the proper Rebound Exercise with ReboundAIR (cellular exercise).
CREA therefore recommends starting or integrating your Training Program for Psycho-physical Health and Well-being with Rebound Exercise and Mindful Energy Breathing, because there it considers both methods
priority, safe, easy, fun and within everyone's reach.
Conscious breathing and movement (constant practice), allow us to have not only a good physical shape, but a more complete state of health and psycho-physical-emotional well-being and above all a high quality of life. Thanks.
