Conclusions
The human organism functions as a network, an integrated network that unifies the various organs, systems and apparatuses both physically and chemically. Whether they are the cerebral circuits, activated by emotions, thoughts, or the vegetative nervous circuits, activated by solicitations. or by feedback from organs or systems, whether it is the connective system through mechanical thrusts and tensions, whether it is the endocrine or immune organs that emit messages, the latter, in their fundamental part, will be recognized by all the components of the network. connection is stringent and two-way. Between biological, physical and psychic events there is therefore a two-way relationship rather than a cause-effect relationship. Psychic phenomena induce modifications in the rest of the body and, in turn, modifications of the body they induce psychic and behavioral modifications.

It is evident that the therapeutic approach to stress problems must exploit this plurality of conditioning of the "great connection" to be of maximum effectiveness. The goal is of course to favor the restoration of balanced communication between systems.
At the same time, the awareness of these mechanisms represents a huge help in the prevention of distress discomforts and in the achievement of a high psycho-physical well-being.
Appendix: "Mental" Tips
- Man is first of all a motor animal and movement activities therefore prevail over intellectual ones (contrary to what is normally believed). From this derives the great rebalancing power in absolute, even from the psychic point of view, of a simple walk in a natural environment. Correct physical activity is therefore essential for psycho-physical health. Body and mind influence each other in an incisive way, as psychoneuroimmunology has scientifically demonstrated.
- Good posture, like good breathing, actually plays a decisive role in mental health. Postural and respiratory re-education they are integral parts of a mental rehabilitation program.
- Equally crucial to mental and physical well-being is a good one food education. Foods not only provide the "raw materials" for the cells of our body but are also found in close contact, in the intestinal walls, with the main regulatory systems of our organism (endocrine, immune and nervous systems), including, in particularly, the "enteric brain".
- As long as we live on this earth we will be subjected to forces or natural laws. It is good to join forces with them as opposing them would be tantamount to facing certain defeat.
- We are programmed to tolerate acute but short-term stresses well. For this reason, in strong conditions chronic stress, we are destined, sooner or later, to give in "to the" weakest link in our chain ". It is therefore necessary to act in time, alternating periods of intense stress with moments of great relaxation. This must be done regularly and frequently. only once or twice a year long periods of rest can instead be counterproductive resulting in an excessive and too sudden imbalance for the organism.
- The first target of the species and its continuation. For this reason, the most important energy is the creative energy, that is the sexual energy. It is always good to take this into account as trying to suffocate such an energy leads, at least, to neurosis, as well as trying to transcend it, without having first known it deeply. This is the point of arrival of all the greatest scholars of the psyche. Having a satisfying creative / sexual life is equivalent to being in harmony with the most powerful force in the universe.
- In reality, it is neuroassociative conditioning that largely determines ours behaviors. Knowing them and learning how to use them to your advantage can be important for our well-being. To this end, developing one's visualization skills is crucial.
- "Contrary to the belief of many, the results we get (or don't get) depend on ours Do, that is, from our behavior, and not from our being ". Richard Bandler.
- As Milton Erickson taught us, we all live in secondary realities, each in their own. There is no primary reality shared by all equally. Everyone lives every situation in his own way, filtering it, based on past experience, beliefs, preconceptions, conditioning, etc. And "from" ignoring what normally springs from the "misunderstanding. To understand your neighbor, therefore to communicate effectively with him, you must first enter his reality.
- Expanding the boundaries of one's own reality is equivalent to increasing one's own awareness. And this is the goal to be sought, since the increase of awareness corresponds to an increase of freedom, which is the opposite of addiction. Better to escape from things and people that create psychic addiction.
