The inner thigh is undoubtedly one of the most difficult parts to tone up. The workout proposed here aims to train this area with simple but very effective exercises, sometimes to be performed with the help of an elastic band.
Exercises
Sumo squat, 4 sets of 12 reps
Adductor while lying down, 4 sets of 16 reps per leg
Side lunges, 4 sets of 10 reps per leg
Adductors with elastic, 4 sets of 16 reps per leg
It is advisable to perform a short warm-up at the beginning of the training session and to conclude the workout with an appropriate stretching.
