E589 KAOLIN OR ALUMINUM SILICATE
Kaolin or aluminum silicate is an additive of natural origin with an anti-caking, excipient, descaling and aromas support function.
It can be contained in various foods, such as instant coffee, powdered milk and flavorings. The main uses, however, are recorded in the cosmetic and pharmaceutical sector (antacids, antidiarrheals):

Kaolin is considered a harmless additive, even if aluminum is present inside.
