Preparation

- Meanwhile, chop the dark chocolate, combine it in a bowl and add the corn oil: melt the mixture in the microwave or in a double boiler.
- Mix the white flour with the unsweetened cocoa powder and the baking powder.
- When the mixture of eggs and sugar is frothy and soft, add the melted chocolate together with the oil, a pinch of salt and mix with the flour and cocoa.
- Spray the release agent for trays on the inner walls of 8 aluminum cups and distribute a part of the dough in each mold, filling each one up to 2/3 of the height.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (mode: ventilated): put the patties in the oven and bake for 14-15 minutes.
