Ingrediants
- 1 teaspoon of citric acid
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 cup of coffee "
Materials Needed
- Moka for coffee
- Coffee cup
- Teaspoon
Preparation
- Prepare the coffee with the mocha.
- Pour the still hot coffee into a cup.
- Combine a teaspoon of citric acid and one of baking soda in a small bowl (alternatively, you can use a couple of teaspoons of sparkling water preparation).
- Mix the mixture obtained in the coffee: in contact with the mix of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate, the coffee produces a consistent foam ... with an explosive effect!
