- Flavor with lemon zest and juice, adding a pinch of cinnamon to taste. Add, a little at a time, the sifted flour and milk, continuing to mix until you get a cream without lumps.
- Sift the yeast and add it to the cream obtained.
- Peel two apples, cut them into thin slices and add them to the dough.
