- 2 glasses (400 ml) of untreated orange juice
- 1 glass (180 g) of brown sugar
- 1 glass (80 g) of walnut kernels

- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Soak the raisins in warm water for 5 minutes, so that they become soft.
- Cut the oranges in half, squeeze the juice and strain it. Then calculate the juice of two glasses (400 ml) and set aside.
- Finely blend the walnuts together with the brown sugar.
- In a bowl, sift the white flour along with the baking powder. Combine the chopped nuts and sugar, the raisins softened and drained by the soaking water, the oil, the orange juice and flavor with cinnamon.
- Line a 24 cm side hinged pan with parchment paper.
