  • 120 g (about 3) of egg white
  • 300 g of almonds
  • 300 g of powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

  Preparation

  The ugly but good sweets are very quick to prepare, light and delicious. It is a sort of spumiglie enriched with filleted almonds, but extremely quicker to prepare and cook.

  1. With the help of an electric mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff: to speed up the process and make the egg whites more compact, it is advisable to add a pinch of salt.
  2. After having whipped them until stiff, turn off the mixer and continue to mix with a wooden spoon: then add the icing sugar, continuing to mix slowly and always from top to top to avoid removing the egg whites.
  3. After mixing the egg whites and almonds, slowly add the sliced ​​almonds a little at a time: the result is a very homogeneous and rather compact mixture.
