Preparation
- First, preheat the oven to 160 ° C (mode: ventilated) and line a 20 cm diameter springform pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough. In a bowl, collect the yogurt and mix it with the sugar, eggs and corn oil.
- Using the jar as a unit of measurement, combine the dry ingredients, then the white flour (keeping a spoon aside), the cornstarch (or potato starch), the sifted baking powder and a pinch of salt: mix all the ingredients until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Mix the chocolate chips together with the flour kept aside, then add everything to the dough.
