Ingrediants
For 8 mice
- 150 g of dry biscuits
- 40 g of chocolate cream
- 100 g of fresh ricotta
- 15 g of bitter cocoa
- 50 g of sugar
- If necessary: 1-2 tablespoons of milk
To decorate
- 30 g of dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon of silver beads
- A few chocolate dragees
- About 10 g of sliced almonds
- Q.b. of coconut flour
- Q.b. of bitter cocoa
- 1 tablespoon of Goji Berries
Materials Needed
- Bowl
- Plastic bag
- Rolling pin or meat tenderizer for cookies
- Sieve
- Chopping board
- Baking paper
Preparation
- Collect the dry biscuits in a plastic bag and cut them into crumbs with the help of a rolling pin or a meat mallet. Mix the biscuits with the sugar.
- Sift the unsweetened cocoa powder and add it to the biscuits.
- Mix the powders together with a spoonful of hazelnut and ricotta spread. Knead with your hands until you get a workable compound; if necessary, add a few tablespoons of milk to facilitate processing.
- Divide the mixture thus obtained into 8 more or less equal parts. From each portion, obtain an oval with an elongated end: in this way, the body of the mouse can be obtained.
- Roll 4 mice in grated coconut and the remaining 4 in unsweetened cocoa powder: in this way we will obtain black and white mice.
- At this point, proceed with the decoration. To prepare the tails, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler. Drain the melted chocolate onto sheets of baking paper, trying to make sticks with a curled end: in this way, you will get the tails of the mice. Leave the chocolate to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To speed up the times, it is advisable to let the chocolate sticks cool in the freezer: in this way, the tails will be ready in a few minutes!- In the meantime, decorate the faces of the mice. Make the eyes with silver beads, the mouth with a goji berry and the ears with colored chocolate confetti or with almond flakes.
- Once cooled, the chocolate will have taken on the shape of a stick. Gently insert each tail of chocolate into the mouse, opposite the nose.
- The Halloween mice are ready!
