When we talk about "sweet tile", we immediately think of a very heavy cake in which butter, mascarpone and eggs are the masters (a brick, precisely!). Today we will transform this "bomb" into a more light, but without sacrificing taste! Discover my version with Pavesini, ricotta cream and bananas.

-
Ingrediants
- 150 g of Pavesini biscuits
- 250 g of fresh ricotta
- 20 g of bitter cocoa
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 200 g of banana
- 100 g of fresh cream
- 150 ml of milk
Materials Needed
- Loaf pan with dimensions of 30 x10 x 10 cm
- Transparent film
- Bowls of various sizes
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Electric whips
Preparation
- In a bowl, collect the fresh ricotta and add the icing sugar and cocoa: work the mixture into a cream with the help of a whisk.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks, then add it to the ricotta and cocoa cream, taking care not to let the mixture collapse.
- Line a loaf pan (30 x 10 x 10 cm) with cling film.
- Pour the milk into a bowl and quickly dip each biscuit (Pavesini, in this case, but the ladyfingers are also perfect): arrange the softened Pavesini neatly in the plumcake mold, taking care to cover the entire surface, to obtain a perfect casket .
- Pour a layer of ricotta cream on the Pavesini base and stuff with a generous layer of sliced bananas. add a spoonful of icing sugar on top of the bananas to prevent them from becoming too hard when freezing. Cover with another layer of softened Pavesini and finish with the cream.
- Finish by covering the cream with another layer of softened Pavesini.
The greedy idea
Those who love chocolate can make a milk and cocoa based dip: perfect for soaking biscuits!
Even the combination with ricotta, cocoa, bananas and coconut is very greedy: try it!- Place the tile in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once frozen, cut the cake into slices and serve.
- The slices that are not eaten immediately can be kept in the freezer for a couple of months, carefully closed in a tray.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
The beauty of this dessert? It can be kept for a long time, so it can be prepared in time and served at the last minute. You can customize it as you like, for example by replacing bananas and cocoa with sour cherries in syrup, or ricotta with spreadable cheese!Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
