What's better than a nice energetic breakfast to start the day on the right foot? Of course, energetic yes, but not too much: in short, we must always respect a little bit what is dictated by the golden rules of food education. today I propose an ideal breakfast menu: naturist biscuits prepared with wholemeal flour and oat bran, two very important ingredients that not only increase the feeling of satiety, but also help to balance the regularity of our intestines. In addition to these ingredients, we will use honey, a little sweeter than sugar - so it will be enough to use a smaller quantity - and richer in vitamins and minerals. Finally, we will use corn oil instead of butter, which boasts a undoubtedly better nutritional profile.

The idea OK
It is possible to prepare the cookies with any other cookie cutter. In this recipe a round pasta bowl was used, but those who wish can make stars, hearts or flowers!- Arrange the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Before baking, it is advisable to brush the surface of the biscuits with a little water and then sprinkle them with brown sugar.
- Bake in a hot oven (180 ° C) for about 10-15 minutes.
Alice's comment - PersonalCooker
How can this be an ideal menu? Simple: 4-5 wholemeal biscuits, together with a good cup of tea or coffee and an apple is the best gift we can give to our body and intestines to start the day with a smile.Nutritional values and Health Comment on the recipe
Wholemeal biscuits with raisins are a "not very sweet" dessert very rich in fiber, therefore useful for restoring intestinal transit in case of constipation. Wholemeal biscuits with raisins are low in calories, and although the values shown on the side refer to "the" base dough "rather than the finished biscuit (more caloric because" dehydrated "), on balance we could still consider them a SWEET HYPOCALORIC (obviously, compared to products of the same category). By making a quick calculation of the water lost in cooking, wholemeal biscuits with COOKED raisins could reach 346kcal / 100g or about 25% less than the energy contained in commercial products.
