- 50 gr of peppers
- 50 gr of zucchini
- 150 ml of water
- 50 ml of corn oil
- 6 gr of salt
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- pepper to taste
- 8 gr of yeast for savory pies

Preparation
- First, devote yourself to cleaning the vegetables: wash the carrots, peppers and zucchini.
- Peel the carrots and remove the ends.
- Tick the courgettes.
- Cut the pepper in half, remove the stalk, the internal filaments and the seeds.
- Grate the zucchini and carrots, and collect the vegetables in a bowl.
