These eight precious exercises will help you have super toned shoulders and arms and eliminate the fat and cellulite present in the most critical areas of the arms. If you are unable to perform the exercise for 30 ', initially reduce the working time. Perform an initial warm-up for a few minutes before starting the workout proposed in the video. Perform 2/3 rounds 2 times a week.
