Gentle gymnastics is a type of activity indicated for sedentary people who have not performed physical activity for a long time or for the elderly. The exercises presented in the video do not exert a high impact on the body and joints but, at the same time, they are able to activate the muscles, the circulation and bring benefits to the bones, joints and ligaments. This type of gentle gymnastics does not require the use of artificial loads or professional equipment and can be done at home and at any time of the day.
Note:
- Equipment: chair
- 7 exercises (1 round) + stretching
- Perform 20 repetitions per exercise
- Rest between one exercise and the other from 30 "to 60"
- Rest between rounds and the "other 60"
- It is recommended to perform 3 rounds every other day and to stretch only at the end of the training session.
