There are 5 exercises that have ancient origins; it is said that monks discovered them and attributed the secret of eternal physical and spiritual youth to these practices. The 5 rites would also be useful for harmonizing the 7 chakras and for recharging physical energy. These 5 movements allow you to strengthen all the muscles and invigorate the whole body. The rites must be performed 21 times but, in the first week, it is recommended to perform 7 repetitions of each, 14 the second and gradually increase up to 21 repetitions. If, on the other hand, you are able, you can immediately perform 21 repetitions with each movement.
